Reserve your school's field trips here. No pre-registration fees or credit card information are required. Simply choose your preferred date and time and then fill out the questionnaire. We ask that you do not schedule any more than 30 students per reservation. If your group has more than 30 students, please block off as many consecutive reservations as would add up to the number of students in your group. (For example: if you have approximately 90 students, you will need to find an available date where you can block off 3 consecutive time slots for your group. All of your students may arrive at once so long as your time slots for the group are consecutive. There is no need to stagger busing unless the times are not consecutive. This gives us adequate time to rotate hayride tours and/or picnic area reservations.)
Each field trip takes about 1 1/2 hours. If you are planning to bring a picnic lunch for your students, you will want to plan for an additional 1/2 hour as well. And you will need to add the extra time to your field trip.
What's Included In a Field Trip?
- Online curriculum materials for you to share with your students either before or after a visit to our farm.

- A buy one get one free coupon for a return visit to the farm for each student
$8 /student
$0 for one adult chaperone per four students
$8 /adult chaperone exceeding the one per four student ratio
Schools: One free chaperone for every 4 students. (Special needs students are permitted a one to one ratio of staff to student at no extra cost.) Additional chaperones will be charged our $8 per person student rate.
*All groups must have at least 10 students to qualify.
*Your total bill is due upon arrival. We accept cash, credit card, or official school checks. School vouchers or purchase orders are accepted when applicable. If you are a private non-profit, please have a copy of your tax exempt form with you to receive tax exemption on your total bill. Tax exempt forms are not necessary for public schools.
