Purchasing a ticket for your party room reservation locks in your party's preferred date and time at the party room and pays the $50 deposit for your party package. The $50 deposit will be applied to your total bill upon arrival. The deposit is non-refundable except in case of farm closing (such as due to inclement weather).
We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes early to finalize payments before the party starts. Your party must be paid in full in advance. You will be given instructions concerning acquirng and distributing your guests' admissions in your confirmation e-mail.
You may plan to set up 15 minutes early to begin setting up for your party. You are welcome to bring your own food, have food delivered, or to place food orders with our concession stand (food orders available Saturdays only). Please keep in mind that alcoholic beverages are prohibited at Sahl's Father Son Farm.
Your party room has four walls, a roof and a concrete floor. It is large enough to comfortably seat 36 adults at picnic tables in the party room itself. An area beside the room has been fenced off for up to 4 overflow picnic tables. This allows seating for an additional 24 adults with the overflow area bringing your seating up to about 60 adults.
You will have access to plain paper products for your convenience: plates, cups, napkins, plasticware. Disposable picnic table cloths are also available.
