Purchasing a ticket for your party tent reservation locks in your party's preferred date and time at the party tent and pays the $50 deposit for your party package. The $50 deposit will be applied to your total bill upon arrival. The deposit is non-refundable except in case of farm closing (such as due to inclement weather).
We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes early to finalize payments before the party starts in the event that you choose not to pay ahead of time when we invoice you. Your party must be paid in full in advance. You will be given instructions concerning acquirng and distributing your guests' admissions in your confirmation e-mail.
You may plan to set up 15 minutes early to begin setting up for your party.
Your party tent is 20' x 30' and is located near the entrance of the farm by the ticket booth. It is large enough to comfortably seat 50+ adults at picnic tables. The tent does not support either electricity or lighting.
You will have access to plain paper products for your convenience: plates, cups, napkins, plasticware. Disposable picnic table cloths are also available. You are welcome to bring your own food, have food delivered, or to place food orders with our concession stand (food orders available Saturdays only). Please keep in mind that alcoholic beverages are prohibited at Sahl's Father Son Farm.
